How do I place an order or cancel an order?

All orders can be done via the ‘SHOP’ section on the top of our webpage.
Cancellations will need to be done via email. Please note, two weeks notice is needed for cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a fee.

How much time in advance should I place an order?

As much notice as possible to avoid disappointment for your required date but a minimum of 2 weeks is sufficient.

Is there anything I should know about care or handling of my cake?

Definitely!
Here are some of the tips which one must know to care for a cake or cupcakes to enjoy the mouthful of heaven in a better way. 
Care tips (when it is delivered to you): 
• Always remember that cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed at normal room temperature 
• If your cake or cupcakes are delivered directly to the event venue avoid keeping in direct sunlight and keep them placed in an air-conditioned room. • If your cake or cupcakes contain some figurines or sculptures these may include wire supports, wooden skewers, dowels or toothpicks. Please inform people especially before serving to small children 
• Daylight and fluorescent lights can fade the colour of your cake decorations 
Care tips (when you are picking the cake or cupcakes up yourself): 
• Upon leaving you must keep both your hands under the board so that weight is evenly distributed 
• Do not squeeze the side of the cake or cupcake boxes 
• When transporting your cake or cupcakes, place the cake on the flattest part of your vehicle 
• Floorboard or SUV flat bed space is best suited. Generally, seats are not preferred because of the slanting nature

What cake size will I need?

When deciding what size cake to order, please keep in mind whether you need the cake to be served as a coffee slice or a dessert slice. See picture below for reference.
6” double barrel drip cake (serves approx 18-20 dessert and 30 coffee slices) 
7” double barrel drip cake (serves approx 28-30 dessert and 60 coffee slices) 
8” double barrel drip cake (serves approx 38 -40 dessert and 80 coffee slices)
10” double barrel drip cake (serves approx 50-55 dessert and 120 coffee slices)

*Coffee Size: 1 inch x 1 inch x 4 inches (2.5cm x 2.5cm x 10cm)
*Dessert Size: 1 inch x 2 inches x 4 inches (2.5cm x 5cm x 10cm)
